"In November 2019 I’d put on weight, had lost my fitness, was feeling sluggish and generally fed up with myself. That’s when I saw an advert on Facebook for Core. Previously my fitness has included yoga, exercise classes, going to the gym and lots of hiking.....I wasn’t sure about using weights.....what if I started looking like a bodybuilder!
