Amanda's 12 Week Transformation!

Meet Amanda, a post COVID graduate of The Amazing 12 Week Physique Program
I say GRADUATE because this program takes focus and not everyone achieves graduation potential, not just that because Amanda held her focus to achieve this result with a 4 month break in the middle of the program!
When you combine the focus of a client with optimal nutrition and programming, you can achieve astonishing results as these pictures demonstrate.
Amanda was an existing client of Hounds of Health, so when we opened up slots for the Amazing 12 she wasn’t sure at first, she was active already and compared to many people had a good routine. However, as the spaces started to fill, Amanda wondered what she could do and what was possible!
She had trained with us twice a week but issues with her shoulders often prevented her upping her game.
What could be achieved if she signed up to The Amazing 12?
Amanda brought enthusiasm, focus and attention to detail. Her food planning was on point and she listened to our coaching cues and took everything on board.
I asked her what she discovered about herself on the program, her response? ‘I realised I have ABS!!’
Here’s Amanda in her own words:
“I was needing a challenge, I needed to see what I could do physically and mentally. Pushing myself to get a different result that I had in the past. I wasn’t seeing big physical changes, so I wondered if a strength program could deliver that, and IT HAS! It’s bizarre, when I look back at how hard some of those earlier weights felt, I do them as warm ups now! …. I can now do things that I hadn’t contemplated before!"
Not only does Amanda look amazing, she can now truly perform!
Over the course of the program Amanda’s results were… quite astounding!
>>Her previous Bench Press 1 rep max (RM) of 38kg was left in the dust by her 5 rep max of 47.5kg!
>>Squat 5RM became 2x15 easy reps (with only 1 min rest between sets)
>>Deadlift 5RM became 6x6 easy reps! With a One Rep Max of 94kg! 1.5x Bodyweight!
>>Chin-Ups went from 0 to a 5RM!
>> Amanda's overhead press 10RM became a distant memory as she pressed 27.5kg overhead multiple multiple sets over 15 mins on the last day of the program!!!
>>She also managed to squeeze in a 5k PB during the program…!
